Describe the bug
When collateral repay amount is too small, interface displays error message "There was an issue fetching data from Paraswap" and not explains error reason

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Borrow any amount
2. Click Repay, open Collateral tab
3. Enter in Expected amount field value less than Paraswap swap minimum (for USDT is 0.0001)
4. See the There was an issue fetching data from Paraswap

Expected behavior
Message should explains error reason
