Background

• There are lots of issues with the public RPCs hitting the limits. When this happens transactions fail and many times users dont really know what happened.

Scope

• We should provide a way in the frontend for users to be able to edit in the settings their own RPCs for a specific chain.
• We can default the user to the public ones set in the configuration, and allow them to edit it if they chose.
