We are able to report deficit but there is no way to restore that.
Umbrella can work as spoke where it clears the deficit under certain situations.

Whenever is bad debt:

• decrease debt
• increase deficit
• supplied assets should be equal to debt assets + deficit assets, so LPs cannot fully withdraw

Whenever the bad debt is cleared:

• reduce deficit
• reduce supplied shares but keep liquidity
• supplied assets should be equal to debt assets, so LPs can fully withdraw
